Welcome to GetExamReady.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using our tutoring services for exam preparation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our tutoring services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Account Creation

If you choose to create an account on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of the course. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 15 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the course start date.

Cancellation / Makeup Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a course you have purchased. We will inform you of such cancellation at least 7 days in advance of course. Your payment will be refunded in full in case of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to change the dates of a course. We will inform you if such change at least 7 days before the start of the course.

If we need to cancel a session for unavoidable reason, a makeup session will be scheduled.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our tutoring services, including but not limited to course materials, curriculum, and instructional content, are the property of GetExamReady.com and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Violating the rights of others.
• Transmitting any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Interfering with the operation of the Website.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetExamReady.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
